Our Beautiful 2000 sq ft gated lake side villa features central air conditioning, hot water on demand, Shaw TV, free internet and can sleep up to 8 guests. Parking for up to 3 vehicles including an extra large 2 vehicle garage. Large bricked patio with mountain views, large gas bbq, round dinning table for up to six and total seating for eight. Intimate lighting with manicured landscaping.
The property boasts a private, well maintained beach plus a grass area with large trees for shade and relaxing. The beach is less than a minute walk from our villa without leaving the property and the rental comes with a wagon for you to carry your belongings.
A Boat slip with hydraulic boat lift is available and included with the rent. Bring your own boat or rent one close by at Turtle Bay Marina.
Master Bedroom: High End solid wood King bedroom suite with luxurious bedding, couples seating area with small table and 50" high definition tv. Large walk-in en-suite with over sized bubble tub, large steam shower, double sink with granite counters, walk-in-closet and private toilet.
2nd Bedroom: High End solid wood King bedroom suite, luxurious bedding, 46" high definition tv and large closet.
3rd Bedroom: Queen bedroom suite with small desk and walk-in closet.
Second Bathroom: Large deep tub and shower combo with single sink, granite counters and toilet.
Main Floor:1/2 bath with sink, granite counter and toilet.
Gourmet kitchen: Fully equipped to entertain 8 guests includes Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf gas range, dish washer, microwave convection oven, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker. wine glasses etc. Dinning room table seats up to 8 plus 3 stools at the island.
Living Room: Gas fireplace, high quality leather furnishings including double hide-a-bed sofa, love seat and matching recliner. 65" high definition TV with stereo sound bar and sub woofer. Solid wood end tables and large coffee tables.
Our villa is perfectly situated 1/2 way between Kelowna and Vernon( 20 minutes to either), 15 minutes from the airport.
We are within a 20 minute drive to 6 world class golf courses, 7 wineries and many orchards. There are restaurants, grocery store, drug stores, coffee shops and liquor stores all within easy access from our villa.
Beasley public park with running track, beach volley ball, playground and public beach a short 2 minute walk. Public free tennis courts less than 5 minute walk. The famous rail trail, perfect for cycling and walking is situated right next door, a 5 minute walk from our front door. The trail runs adjacent to Wood Lake and Kalamalka Lake with spectacular views. Bring your bicycles or rent one just down the street.
Wood Lake offers the best water sports in the Okanagan because it tends to have less waves. It is also BC’s premier Kokanee fishing lake with good size great eating inland fresh water salmon. Take your boat through a channel into Kalamalka Lake and enjoy one of the most beautiful lakes in Canada.
Our well appointed villa is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy a superb vacation.
Home is available year round for short term rentals.
July and August -7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday Check-in Check-out.
Christmas and Spring Break- 5 night minimum.
June and September - 4 night minimum.
All other dates- 3 night minimum.

Summary: Ted and Benita’s property at Wood Lake Villas was stunning! Villa is sticker on a very safe and quiet gated community with very friendly neighbours. Property was super clean upon arrival. Kitchen was equipped with top end appliances and all necessary kitchen utensils. The townhouse was very spacious for 7 adults and beds were very comfortable. Beach and water access is a short 2 min walk down the lane. Electric boat lift Was a very nice bonus to renting this VRBO. Wood lake, although not as clean as kalamalka is very warm. Nice to have the options to use the channel to boat to kalamalka for the day. Ted’s property is close to many amenities and we would definitely recommend renting this property.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was clean and had tons of room for 3 couples. We loved the patio area as there was lots of room for everyone. The beach is about a 1 minute walk, down the row of condos. The beach was clean and not busy. Dock was excellent. Beautiful trial along the water for walking, running or biking. Overall, we are glad we stayed here.

Summary: This home was everything we could have asked for and more! It easily accommodated our party of 8 while being right on the water for easy access to our boat. Ted & Benita were so helpful throughout the entire booking process all the way up until we checked out. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!!
